The big day is almost here, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in Mexico! Here are a few important details to keep in mind as you get ready for the trip: Airport Transfers: If you haven’t booked transportation from the airport to the hotel yet, you can arrange it through Expedia or directly with the hotel. When booking, be sure to select The Fives Beach and Residences in Playa del Carmen (there are multiple “The Fives” locations in the area!). Welcome Fiesta – Wednesday, February 26th at 7:30 PMJoin us on the beach for s’mores and treats! Be sure to have dinner beforehand at one of the amazing resort restaurants. And don’t forget your best tropical outfit! Resort Dining: The resort offers a variety of delicious dining options, including Italian, Mexican, Thai, and fire-grilled pizza. No reservations are needed, but there may be a wait if you go later in the evening. When you check in, the front desk will provide restaurant details and hours. Wedding Day – Thursday, February 27thShuttles will take all guests to Villa la Joya for the ceremony. Please meet in the outdoor lobby at 3:00 PM to board the shuttles. This is a formal event, so we can't wait to see you all dressed to impress! Portraits During Mocktail Hour:After the ceremony, during mocktail hour, our photographers will be taking seated portraits of each couple or family group. One of the bridesmaids will let you know when you're on deck. Weather &amp; Packing Tip: Evenings can be a bit cooler, so consider bringing a light jacket or sweatshirt. Important Updates

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Fives Beach and Residences Resort (All-Inclusive) in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, for our wedding guests. A minimum of three nights must be reserved. If you wish to extend your trip, guaranteed room rates are available for up to five days before and five days after the wedding. All reservations must be completed on or before December 20, 2024. For more information, please review the Terms and Conditions and Partial Payment options on the booking link provided above. If a room type is listed as "Not Available," it may be due to high demand or because it is part of a multi-room suite or the Epic Collection. If you would like to reserve a room from the Epic collection or a multi-room suite you can still request these rooms by emailing groupsbookings@thefiveshotels.com. Please include your stay dates and mention that your reservation is for Jeremiah and Teresa's wedding block. Please keep in mind that if you choose to stay outside the resort or book a room outside of the portal we have provided, The Fives will charge a $75 per person fee to attend the Welcome Fiesta. Transportation to the wedding venue will only be provided from The Fives. If you have other accommodations, please plan to arrive at Villa la Joya by 3:50 PM on the day of the wedding. For your convenience, please fly into Cancun Airport (CUN), as it is the closest airport to the resort and the wedding day venue. Need help booking your flights? We have found that travel sites such as Expedia.com is an easy way to compare flight options and costs. You can also reserve a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you to the resort, as well as back to the airport on your day of departure.
